Poolside? Surfing or skiing? No matter how you spend July 4th this year, we recommend some low-calorie cocktails perfect for upcoming Fourth of July celebrations. Pool parties and outdoor evening get-togethers just wouldn’t be complete without some fun cocktails, yet how can you stay refreshed and satisfied without sacrificing your waistline?
After all, one regular Margarita is over 600 calories per serving. That’s a cheeseburger in a glass.
Instead, how about Cascade Ice’s skinny cocktail mixers and zero-calorie waters that reduces the caloric intake down to just around 55. Here are a few festive drink recipes for the 4th celebrations and into the summer season.
Start with two parts Cascade Ice Skinny Margarita Mixer. Add your choice of tequila with one part blue curaçao and one part ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with strawberries for a red, white and blue theme!
